We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or final-sale items where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, color, or style, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The item must still be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
